Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 March 2026

These terms govern your use of the AgentBlocks platform and services ("Services") operated by WeWatched Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (registered address: Coshelly, Inverurie, AB51 8XB, United Kingdom) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What AgentBlocks Does

AgentBlocks provides a controlled interface that lets AI agents interact with third-party services — including Gmail, Google Drive, and GitHub — on your behalf. All agent actions are governed by approval rules you configure. AgentBlocks acts as a proxy: it accesses your data transiently to carry out actions you or your authorised agent request, and does not store the contents of your emails, files, or attachments.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by any AI agent you authorise through the Services. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

4. Third-Party Services

AgentBlocks connects to third-party services (such as Google and GitHub) using credentials and permissions you provide. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. AgentBlocks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Google, GitHub, or any other third-party service.

5. Your Responsibility for Agent Actions

You are solely responsible for:

AgentBlocks provides tools to help you control agent behaviour, but it is your responsibility to configure and use those tools appropriately. Approving an action — whether manually or via an auto-approve rule — means you accept responsibility for that action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeWatched Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or actions taken by agents you have authorised.

8. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Services may require payment. If we introduce paid plans, fees and billing terms will be communicated to you before any charges apply. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any OAuth tokens held on your behalf will be revoked.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
