Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organisation.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

AgentBlocks provides a platform that enables AI agents to interact with third-party services (such as email, messaging, code repositories, and file storage) through safety guardrails, rules engines, approval workflows, and scoped credentials.

The Service is a tool — it facilitates actions on your behalf based on your configuration. You are responsible for the rules, policies, and approvals you set, and for the actions your AI agents take through the platform.

4. Connected services

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, including but not limited to Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and GitHub ("Connected Services"). By connecting these services, you:

• Authorise AgentBlocks to access those services on your behalf, within the scopes you approve
• Confirm that you have the right to grant this access and that doing so does not violate the terms of the Connected Service
• Acknowledge that AgentBlocks is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of Connected Services

You can disconnect any Connected Service at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications through connected email or messaging services
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that compromises the security of the Service or Connected Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Circumvent or disable any safety features, rate limits, or guardrails

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspension or termination of your account.

6. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is available under a free plan and paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period

7. Free trial

We may offer a free trial for paid plans. During the trial:

• You will have full access to the features of the paid plan
• Your payment method will be collected but not charged until the trial ends
• If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged
• We will send you a reminder before the trial ends

Free trials are limited to one per person or organisation. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we reasonably believe it is being abused.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends
• Your account will revert to the free plan

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at billing@agentblocks.ai.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by AgentBlocks and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

We do not claim ownership of any data you submit to or process through the Service. You retain all rights to your content.

10. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to or process through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not use Your Data — including email content, files, messages, or repository data processed through Connected Services — to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and uptime

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentBlocks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Actions taken by AI agents you configure through the platform
• Your infringement of any third-party rights through Connected Services

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
